Novo Surgical’s Smith-Petersen Bone Rongeur is a multi-purpose instrument that can be used to cut and shape bone in many different procedures. The jaws of this instrument are double action and are 3.0 mm wide. This instrument can be used to cut or gnaw away at bone in order to reshape it for a fit or to modify a bone or bony tissue when closing. Additionally this instrument is available are available at 7.5” in a slight curve as well as a 9.5” delicate model in straight, slightly curved or fully curved making it suitable for accessing bone and bony tissue in a variety of areas.
