Novo Surgical’s Ryder Needle Holder is ideally suited for use suturing during cardiothoracic surgeries, this holder is made for use with 5-0, 6-0 and 7-0 sized sutures. This instrument comes with ring handles that make manual handling easy as well as a ratcheting mechanism to keep a certain tightness. The jaws are impregnated with fine tungsten carbide dust making them extremely durable and giving a secure grip to the needle without damaging it. This holder is available in three different lengths: 6.25”, 7.25” and 8.75”.
