Novo Surgical’s Landolt Reulen Style Dissector can be used to gently handle delicate tissue such as the brain. This dissector features a slight angle at the conjunction of the handle and neck and a second angle that gives this instrument a bayonet style design. Additionally near the end of the body the tip has a slight curvature which allows it to hug the contours of the brain and cause minimal damage upon exploration. This dissector is 2.0 mm wide and is 10.5 inches long.
