That’s why, when hiring, we place an emphasis on cultural fit, to ensure we are onboarding team members that share our vision, values and working style. Medical device companies often have the stereotype of being large, unwieldy bureaucracies, but that is certainly not us.

For those reasons, we are slow to hire, by design, to ensure we hire the right folks. Please be patient with our interview process. You may find yourself talking to several people across the organization on multiple occasions, and they may not be in your functional area. That is precisely how we intend it to be.

In particular, as a scaling company, our current needs tend to be in the areas of field sales, inside sales, sales management, operations, supply chain and quality assurance.
